Studies show that 85 percent self-awareness and emotional intelligence, not product knowledge, is what separates average sales professionals from stellar ones. Women have natural attributes, such as engaged listening, empathy, and accountability that work well in sales.  BUT… These talents work against you when you don’t like selling — when you love your business and dread the “sales part.” You overcompensate and spend too much time building rapport and not enough time positioning yourself as the amazing consultant that your are. This costs you money — lost opportunities, and countless times where you don’t ask for the business. 

This workshop will help you elevate your sales confidence, master the sales conversation, and make selling work for you.

Participants will practice:

  • Moving from casual conversation to business-oriented dialogue
  • Positioning yourself as a consultant (rather than dispensing free information)
  • Moving from your client’s problems to your solution and closing with ease
